Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of functional expertise and technical skills to support, customize, and enhance Oracle HRMS applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide techno-functional support for Oracle HRMS modules (Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, OTL, etc.).
- Analyze business requirements and deliver effective Oracle HRMS solutions.
- Develop, customize, and maintain reports, interfaces, and extensions.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support to end-users.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless HRMS operations.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as Oracle HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle HRMS modules and technical tools (SQL, PL/SQL, Reports, Interfaces, APIs).
- Hands-on experience in Payroll and Core HR.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Pay: ﷼8,000.00 - ﷼12,000.00 per month
