Experience Required: 3–5 Years in Oracle HRMS
Client: A leading software client based in Riyadh
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant to support and manage HRMS modules for our client in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both technical and functional aspects of Oracle HRMS implementation and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Oracle HRMS modules – Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, etc.
- Perform system configuration, customizations, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with HR teams to enhance and automate HR processes
- Develop and maintain technical components such as reports and interfaces
- Prepare user documentation and provide end-user support
- Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and reporting tools is a plus
