Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Freight Forwarding Operations Executive to manage end-to-end logistics operations for our KSA branch. The ideal candidate must have 2–3 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding operations, with strong coordination, documentation, and customer handling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day freight forwarding operations (Air, Sea, and Land).
- Coordinate with carriers, agents, and internal teams for smooth cargo movement.
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation, customs clearance, and tracking.
- Ensure timely updates to customers and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Follow up on shipment status, track deliveries, and handle exceptions.
- Ensure compliance with KSA customs and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and operational transactions.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service team for client support.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in freight forwarding/logistics operations.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures (import/export).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic logistics software.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Arabic language is a plus but not mandatory.
