Job Description:
We are looking for a versatile Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic beauty company. This role involves managing day-to-day logistics and operations, coordinating with international suppliers and manufacturers, and ensuring efficient product delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Manage inventory and ensure continuous product availability.
• Coordinate with international suppliers and manufacturers to track orders and ensure timely deliveries.
• Oversee distribution and shipping activities to guarantee efficient delivery to customers.
• Prepare regular reports on operational activities and performance.
Qualifications:
- Operations Management and Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong Analytical Skills and Communication skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Ability to manage logistics and transportation operations
- Experience with supply chain management is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Some experience in operations or logistics coordination.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
