About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Operation & Project Furniture Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating furniture projects from planning to execution, ensuring smooth operations, on-time delivery, and high-quality installation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily operations related to furniture projects.
- Follow up on suppliers, deliveries, and logistics.
- Assist project managers in planning and execution.
- Monitor installation schedules and quality standards.
- Communicate with clients and contractors to ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to project progress.
Requirements:
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
