Position: Luxury Sales Associate- Arabic Speaker

Salary Range: SAR 9,000 per month + Commission
Role Overview
We seek a polished, results-driven Luxury Sales Associate to elevate our high-end furniture client experience. You will represent our brand’s exclusivity, drive sales through personalized service, and cultivate long-term client relationships in a luxury retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage affluent clients through consultative selling, understanding their bespoke furniture needs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain expert knowledge of luxury furniture collections, materials, and design trends.
- Process orders, manage client deliveries, and resolve post-sale inquiries.
- Collaborate with interior designers and VIP clients on custom projects.
- Uphold brand standards in showroom presentation and client interactions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience (furniture, interior design, or high-end retail preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and handling high-value transactions.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages advantageous).
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales software.
- Flexibility to work weekends/evenings as needed.
