Key Responsibilities:

- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
- Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Handle scheduling, correspondence, and communication between departments.
- Monitor budgets, invoices, and expense reports.
- Ensure a safe, professional, and organized work environment.
- Act as a point of contact for management, staff, and external partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative leadership role.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HR and basic accounting practices is a plus.
