About the Role:
To handle process and procedures of material creation and maintenance ensuring data base is complete and accurate.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure proper receipt of MM Templates coming from end user.
2. Ensure compliance to catalogue creation process with international standards.
3. Follow the protocol stipulated in Material Master Process and Procedures.
4. Ensure statistics and reports are provided as and when needed.
5. Ensure the availability of Material Master Template for SAP MM creation.
Requirements:
- Diploma (technical) from technical college or vocational training institute.
- Knowledge of SAP ERP system, particularly MM modules.
- good verbal and written communication English skills.
- 3 years or more in technical fields (such as stores or maintenance).
- Must have competencies such as: Good communicator, detail oriented, Lateral thinker, decision-maker, self-confident, interested in economics, interested in foreign cultures/travel, quick leaner, adaptable, respectful of others, discreet.
