Job Summary:
Managing and supervising marketing department different activities and marketing specialist team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervises creating and maintaining monthly marketing and campaigns reports, as well as communicates them to upper management.
Overviews the execution of marketing campaigns, including content creation, new product launches, social media, upsell, cross sell, and sales enablement.
Takes part in the creation, development, and implementation of corporate identity logo, colors, and taglines, as well as building an archived library of image/design assets for marketing materials to maintain brand consistency in terms of corporate identity.
Assists marketing specialists in working closely with sales team on sales/marketing plans in terms of analyzing data to determine campaigns’ efficiency.
Follows up on managing, designing, developing and executing printed company profile, collaterals and website content.
Operates the entire process of analyzing and developing new web and social media metrics of follow-up and assessment to improve user interface and experience, to maximize conversions, lead generations, and revenues.
Collaborating with media on various levels and initiate ideas to preserve and promote company objectives.
Preparing and editing all kinds of communication material to promote and advertise company policy and products.
Cooperating with public relations department in communication and feasibility of company mega events, that involve mass media.
Guiding and encouraging inter departmental staff to communicate effectively and achieve company objectives.
Drafting and revising new campaigns’ proposals and presentations, as well as enterprise innovative ideas for company communications, while giving greater attention to e-marketing implementations.
Anticipate enterprise requirements and possible challenges, to promote company’s services (enhancements/updates/new initiatives) through enterprise database readings, including customer experience, behavior, and segments to foresee and hold new opportunities.
