Key Responsibilities
Access Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute a government market access strategy with a specific focus on expanding coverage for basal insulin patients.
Expanding Market Reach and drives access initiatives that open new segments, regions, or payer channels, directly supporting market expansion and revenue growth
Lead institutional engagement plans to secure product inclusion in hospital formularies, protocols, and diabetes pathways across key government entities
Monitor and shape public policy initiatives relevant to diabetes management, CGM, population health and access frameworks in favor of innovative diabetes solutions
Stakeholder Engagement
Establish strong working relationships with government decision-makers, budget holders, tendering authorities, and policy influencers.
Partner with internal teams (Sales, Medical, Marketing, Government Affairs, Legal) to align access activities with business and compliance priorities
Tender & Pricing Management
Manage national and regional tenders in coordination with commercial teams.
Evidence Generation & Health Economics
Collaborate with medical affairs to support real-world evidence generation, pilot studies, and budget impact models for CGM.
Utilize health economic tools to demonstrate cost avoidance, quality improvement, and alignment with Vision 2030 healthcare transformation goals.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Health Economics, Public Health, Business, or related field
10+ years of experience in Market Access, National Government Sales & Institutional Sales in the pharmaceutical / medical device sector
Strong understanding of Saudi government healthcare system
Proven track record in tender management, formulary access, and policy shaping

Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing epidemiology data, market trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
