Role Overview: Sales Manager – Saudi Arabia
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development, partnerships, and revenue growth in Saudi Arabia. This position is key to building Folio3’s local sales and delivery presence, leveraging existing traction (e.g., NEOM, MIS) and regional resource hubs.
The ideal candidate has a solid background in technology sales within dynamic, high-growth environments, along with experience in managing partnerships and affiliates. A strong understanding of the Saudi market is essential, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
Key Responsibilities
Market Entry Strategy
- Contribute to the execution of a go-to-market strategy tailored to the Saudi tech ecosystem
- Identify and prioritize industries and customer segments aligned with Vision 2030
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and implement sales strategies in areas like AI, Cloud Services, ERP, and E-commerce
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities to meet or exceed targets
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across enterprise and SMB segments
Partnerships & Market Expansion
- Establish and manage relationships with strategic partners and local affiliates
- Collaborate with government agencies, tech hubs, and business leaders to support digital transformation goals
- Utilize existing traction in the Kingdom and regional support to scale growth
Client Engagement
- Build relationships with executives and IT decision-makers to understand needs and propose value-driven solutions
- Deliver compelling proposals tailored to client goals
Brand & Market Presence
- Represent Folio3 at key industry events and conferences
- Support marketing efforts to develop region-specific campaigns and content
Market Intelligence
- Stay informed on tech trends, regulatory updates, and the competitive landscape
- Provide insights that shape product and service offerings to meet evolving market needs
Qualifications & Experience
Experience
- 10+ years in B2B technology sales with a strong track record of exceeding targets
- Prior experience in startup or high-growth environments is a plus
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of AI, enterprise software, and custom software development
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM platforms
Market Knowledge
- In-depth understanding of the Saudi Arabian business landscape and Vision 2030 initiatives
Communication
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Arabic
- Proficiency in Arabic is required due to client interaction and regional business needs
Other Skills
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of making data-informed decisions
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
