Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Services Operation Manager to oversee daily field operations, manage service teams, and ensure operational efficiency and service excellence across all client engagements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing processes, improving service delivery, and contributing to strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Service Delivery & Team Management
- Oversee daily operations and service execution across all teams.
- Supervise team schedules, performance, and productivity to ensure efficiency.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor service quality and adherence to SOPs.
- Handle escalations, client feedback, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Implement performance tracking systems and provide coaching to team members.
2. Operations Optimization & Process Improvement
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to elevate service standards.
- Work with teams to introduce process optimizations and performance enhancements.
- Monitor KPIs for turnaround time, customer satisfaction, and cost control.
- Coordinate with procurement and admin teams to ensure resource readiness.
3. Reporting & Support
- Prepare regular operational reports and insights for leadership.
- Contribute to workforce planning, resource allocation, and capacity management.
- Handle administrative tasks and workflow coordination.
4. Strategic Growth & Expansion
- Support research, planning, and establishment of new business units.
- Identify and recommend potential leaders for new business initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth transition and integration.
- Research industry trends and provide actionable growth insights.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in services operations (preferably in cleaning or maintenance).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities in both Arabic and English.
