The Job in a Nutshell💡
We are seeking an experienced M&A Integration & Program Manager to lead and oversee post-acquisition integration efforts across our growing portfolio. As we continue to expand through acquisitions, this role is critical in ensuring smooth transitions, realizing synergies, and safeguarding the value of each deal. Acting as the central point of coordination, you will work across multiple functions to drive execution, alignment, and measurable results.
What Will You Do❓
- Lead and manage post-acquisition integration activities across Product, Operations, HR, Legal, and Finance.
- Develop and execute structured 30-60-100 day integration plans tailored to each acquisition.
- Ensure cultural alignment and operational continuity between acquired companies and the existing organization.
- Track and report on synergy realization, integration KPIs, and progress to senior leadership.
- Identify and proactively mitigate risks that could delay execution or impact deal value.
- Partner with functional leaders to optimize workflows, communication, and change management.
- Continuously enhance the integration framework to support increasing deal volume and complexity.
What Are We Looking For❓
- Proven track record in M&A integration, program management, or corporate strategy in high-growth or multi-entity environments.
- Led at least 1–2 end-to-end Post-Merger Integration (PMI) programs from Day 0 to 100/180.
- Skilled in building and managing 30/60/100-day plans, defining workstreams, and establishing RACI matrices across functions.
- Strong change management execution to ensure seamless organizational transitions.
- Experience setting and tracking integration KPIs and synergy targets across people, processes, and systems.
- Hands-on proficiency with Smartsheet, Jira, RAID logs, risk/issue management, and executive reporting.
- Demonstrated success in coordinating data and system migrations.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with C-level executives.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, including financial modeling, scenario planning, and cap-table/dilution analysis.

Who Will Excel❓
- Experience in startups, SaaS, or technology-driven companies.
- Consulting experience with Big 4 (PwC, EY, KPMG, Deloitte) in Deals/Integration/Transformation, or with Accenture, Oliver Wyman, or Kearney.
- Investment Banking experience in Deals or Transaction Services.
- Operations or Product leadership roles in fast-growth environments.
