Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is highly regarded.
- Experience: At least 8-10 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management with demonstrable leadership and team management experience.
- Experience in water distribution is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of transportation, logistics processes, and supply chain management best practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams effectively while meeting deadlines.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on operational efficiency and best practices.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with proficiency in both Arabic and English.
- A proactive attitude towards identification and resolution of logistical issues before they escalate.
- Experience with logistics software, CRM systems, and data analysis tools to drive operational enhancements.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and enforce metrics and KPIs, continuously assessing and improving logistics performance.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and practices within the logistics sector.
