Job Summary
Responsible for coordinating training programs, preparing professional training proposals, and supporting the organization’s learning and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify training needs and recommend suitable programs.
- Prepare training proposals (objectives, outlines, schedules, budgets, designs).
- Coordinate with trainers, vendors, and internal teams for program delivery.
- Manage logistics, communication, and training materials.
- Collect feedback and prepare reports on training effectiveness.
- Maintain training records and databases.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field.
- Experience in L&D or training coordination.
- Strong proposal writing, presentation, and Canva design skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
