- Conduct routine and non-routine laboratory tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using standardized analytical methods.
- Identify deviations, non-conformities, or anomalies in test results and escalate findings in accordance with internal quality procedures.
- Ensure all testing activities comply with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and internal quality control protocols.
- Accurately document and maintain detailed records of test results, observations, and corrective actions in laboratory logs and digital systems.
- Assist in the calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of laboratory instruments and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within the laboratory to enhance testing accuracy, efficiency, and safety.
- Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and engineering teams to provide timely feedback on product quality and process performance.
- Participate in internal audits, inspections, and training sessions to uphold laboratory best practices and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free laboratory environment in line with 5S and safety standards.
- Stay updated on new testing techniques, equipment, and industry developments relevant to cable and wire manufacturing.
