Requirements
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Teaching qualifications (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
- A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international school setting.
- Strong knowledge of local curriculum standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to fostering a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
- Experience with child protection and safeguarding principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
- Create a positive and productive classroom environment that supports student learning.
- Track and evaluate student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Collaborate closely with parents, faculty, and administration to ensure holistic student development.
