About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT/Technology Recruiter with a strong track record in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier IT talent across diverse domains. The ideal candidate must be based in Saudi Arabia and must have proven experience in IT recruitment. They should have a deep understanding of technical roles, emerging technologies, and the ability to engage with candidates at all levels — from junior engineers to senior architects, data scientists, and IT leadership positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers and technical leads to understand role requirements, project demands, and team culture.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-ray, and social recruiting) to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
- Market Intelligence: Provide insights on IT talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive hiring strategies.
- Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates’ technical skills, cultural fit, and career alignment using structured screening processes.
- Pipeline Building: Maintain a proactive talent pipeline for niche and high-demand IT skills.
- Recruitment Branding: Represent the company as an employer of choice in the technology community through networking, events, and digital outreach.
- Compliance: Ensure recruitment activities align with organizational policies, labor laws, and data privacy regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Location: Must be currently residing in Saudi Arabia.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven technical recruitment experience with a strong focus on IT roles in either IT staffing agencies or inhouse.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with a wide range of IT roles such as software engineers (front-end, back-end, full-stack), Cloud & DevOps engineers, Cybersecurity & IT GRC specialists, AI/ML engineers, Data scientists, Solution Architects, ERP consultants, and IT leadership roles.
- Tools & Platforms: Proficiency in using ATS systems, Naukrigulf, Bayt, LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, and sourcing tools.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage senior-level candidates.
- Research Skills: Expertise in Boolean search, X-ray search, and competitive talent mapping.
- Agile Mindset: Ability to work in fast-paced environments, adapting quickly to changing hiring priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Technical Recruitment (e.g., AIRS, DevSkiller, or LinkedIn Talent Solutions).
- Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, cloud-native development, and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Experience in international recruitment, particularly in GCC, Europe, or Asia-Pacific regions.
