Role Purpose
The role is centered on fostering, expanding, and sustaining relationships with BFSI clients with a primary focus on Banking.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee client relationships, ensuring seamless delivery per contractual agreements, effective revenue management, and optimal engagement.
- Manage end-to-end delivery across the client account, integrating digital technologies and New Age Ecosystem solutions to enhance operational efficiency and innovation.
- Develop and implement strategic solution management approaches that create mutually beneficial outcomes for the client
