Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Mechanical Engineer – Sales enginner and sales manager to join our team. This role involves combining engineering knowledge with excellent communication, sales skills and abilities to provide advice and support on a range of products and to promote and sell our range, for which a certain level of expertise is needed. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: • Understand and analyze customer requirements to offer suitable mechanical products and solutions. • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective clients. • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions. • Negotiate tender and contract terms with clients to meet both client and company needs. • Provide sales support. • Develop long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements. • Meet or exceed sales targets set by management. • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activity . • Provide feedback to the product development team on customer needs and market trends • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and distributors. • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate mechanical products/solutions. • Provide technical presentations, product demonstrations, and pre-sales consultations. • Assist customers in product selection and specification compliance. • Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals. • Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and contracts in coordination with internal teams. • Prepare Daily and weekly sales report and clear analysis of sales opportunities.
Requirements
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in KSA market as sales engineer. • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills. • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in mechanical or industrial products. • Strong database with KSA customers, consultants, contractors, and distributors. • Excellent presentation, and negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Willingness to travel to meet clients .
