Oversee automated and manual testing processes and tools.
Identify and track bugs, and drive resolution efforts.
Continuously improve QA methodologies and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in software quality assurance and testing.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience with Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Certifications such as ISTQB or equivalent are a plus.
