Master-Works is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our project management team. In this role, you will assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects to ensure they are completed on time and within scope. You will work closely with project managers and team members to facilitate communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and documentation.
- Coordinate project activities by organizing meetings and ensuring clear communication among team members.
- Track project progress and report on key performance indicators, helping to identify potential issues early on.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, proposals, and project updates.
- Support the preparation of project budgets and resource allocation.
- Assist in the risk management process by identifying potential risks and helping to develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure that all project activities adhere to organizational policies and quality standards.
- Coordinate communication with clients and stakeholders to keep them informed about project status.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or related roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
