Inbox Business Technologies is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our project management team. In this role, you will assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, helping to ensure they are delivered on time and within scope. You will facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders, maintain project documentation, and track project progress.
Responsibilities
- Assist project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate project activities, meetings, and communications with team members and stakeholders.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including project plans, reports, and status updates.
- Track project progress and assist in identifying any risks or issues that may affect project timelines.
- Help prepare and distribute project-related communications, including meeting minutes and progress reports.
- Organize and maintain project files, ensuring that all documentation is accessible and up-to-date.
- Assist in managing project budgets by tracking expenses and providing budget updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e g Asana Trello or similar)
- Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
