Job Title: IT Manager – Oracle Cloud Systems
Location: Riyadh - KSA

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Manager with a strong background in Oracle Cloud to lead our Information Technology department. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire IT infrastructure, managing cybersecurity, supporting daily operations, and leading digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Administration & Oracle Cloud Management
- Ensure smooth daily operations of company systems, including Oracle Cloud applications.
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, or relevant modules.
- Safeguard company and customer data through robust system management and security controls.
- IT Operations & Technical Support
- Supervise IT staff including network engineers, support technicians, and cybersecurity specialists.
- Provide rapid technical support and minimize downtime across all business units.
- Data Analytics & Reporting
- Develop data collection and reporting systems that support strategic decision-making.
- Implement analytics tools to understand customer behavior and improve service delivery.
- Cybersecurity Oversight
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity policies and strategies to mitigate threats.
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of commercial and client data.
- Project Management
- Lead new technology initiatives such as online delivery systems and e-payment platforms.
- Ensure seamless integration of new systems with existing business processes.
- Training & Development
- Conduct training for employees on IT systems and Oracle Cloud usage.
- Prepare up-to-date training materials and documentation.
- Vendor & Contract Management
- Manage contracts and relationships with technology vendors and service providers.
- Ensure cost-effective solutions while maintaining service quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management, preferably in retail or restaurant environments.
- Proven experience with Oracle Cloud platforms is mandatory.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and risk management.
- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
- Must have a valid visa "Iqama"
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) integrations, digital ordering platforms, and cloud-based inventory systems.
- Bilingual (Arabic & English) is a plus.
