This program is designed to provide students with practical, hands-on training that bridges academic knowledge with workplace skills across key departments:
Human Resources
Finance
Supply Chain
Engineering
Information Technology (IT)
Marketing and Sales
Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day operations within your assigned department.
Participate in relevant departmental projects and initiatives.
Collaborate with team members to deliver tasks aligned with your academic background.
Gain exposure to Jotun’s systems, tools, and business practices.
Take ownership of learning opportunities and receive mentorship from professionals in your field.

Fluency in Arabic and English – both verbally and written
