We are seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Human Resources Business Manager in Saudi Arabia. As an HR Manager, you will be instrumental in fostering a positive working environment, developing a skilled workforce, and excelling in people management. This role involves collaborating with line managers to establish strong partnerships, facilitating adherence to HR policies and procedures, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Job Description
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and relevant legislation, identifying opportunities for updates and enhancements.
- Collaborate with business units to develop and implement employee engagement strategies that create a positive and inclusive workplace.
- Lead the performance management process, including performance reviews, feedback, development plans, and coaching.
- Provide expert advice and adeptly manage employee relations issues, contributing to the cultivation of a positive workplace culture.
- Lead initiatives to enhance team management by creating and implementing strategies that improve employee satisfaction and foster long-term retention.
- Stay well-informed about labor laws and regulations in KSA to ensure the company's full compliance.
- Maintain and update organizational structures and job descriptions to reflect current requirements.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new employees.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the HR strategy, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals.
- Provide guidance and direction in matters such as compensation and benefits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of progressive experience, preferably within multinational organizations managing different HR functions and leading diverse HR team.
- Strong understanding of KSA labor laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in employee engagement, performance management and retention strategies.
- Excellent proficiency in English.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and planning skills.
- Energetic and enthusiastic about creating a positive workplace culture.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- This role is only open for Saudi nationals.
- Candidates should be willing to work full time in Jubail.
