H.R. Responsibility
1. Talent Acquisition and Management:
Recruitment: Sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates.
Onboarding: Integrating new hires into the company.
Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
Performance Management: Evaluating and managing employee performance, providing feedback, and addressing disciplinary issues.
Training and Development: Ensuring employees have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
Succession Planning: Identifying and developing future leaders.
2. Administration and Compliance:
Payroll: Processing payroll and managing employee compensation.
Benefits: Administering employee benefits programs.
Employee Records: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Compliance: Ensuring the company complies with labor laws and regulations.
3. Strategic HR:
HR Planning: Aligning HR strategies with the company's overall business goals.
Organizational Development: Helping the organization to develop and change.
Data and Analytics: Using data to inform HR decisions and improve employee experience.
4. Other Important HR Responsibilities:
Safety and Health: Ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
Communication: Maintaining open communication between employees and management.
Culture Building: Fostering a positive and inclusive company culture.
Employee Engagement: Implementing strategies to increase employee engagement and productivity.
