HSE Supervisor

Main Duties / Responsibilities:

· Prepare & maintain all relevant HSE documentation, procedure, and records necessary for project in coordination with QHSE manager & project HSE team.

· Monitor HSE compliance at project locations.

· Ensures, in accordance with the corporate guidelines, the implementation, updating, review and auditing of the Company QHSE Systems.

· Monitors the effective implementation of appropriate HSE System procedures and provides for their updating in line with changes in Legislation and Company Directives.

· Conduct incident investigation & necessary actions to avoid re-occurrence.

· Carries out / monitor daily TBTs, Inspections of vehicles, site inspections and support for compliance internal or external QHSE audits requirements.

· Liaises between Clients on HSE related issues.

· Performs Risk Assessment.

· Coordinate with Aramco branches for HSE compliance.

· Attending safety meetings with Aramco officials at all project locations, documents and reports.

· Prepare specific TBTs, training PPT and training delivery.

· Improve HSE compliance behavior on site by training & counselling.

· Communication and coordination with safety store for drivers PPE and equipment required

· through all project branches.

· Arranging & preparing with the client & operation to arrange camp inspection/visit and QSI

· as required.

· Record and keeping all projects related HSE data and prepare weekly, monthly, yearly HSE

· reports.

. Bachelor’s degree in science/engineering or equivalent with additional professional qualifications in HSE (NEBOSH, IOSH,)

. Must have 5-6 years experienced in similar position in GCC / KSA. (Logistics industry is advantage or another)
