Job Purpose / Objective
As a member of the Operations team, the Support – HR assists the Support Leader/ Supervisor on all personnel and related matters. He maintains accurate and timely employee records in line with ADC policies.
Key Accountabilities 1
- Follow up and update weekly crew change report for all rigs within the assigned support.
- Follow up on the days off/vacation balance for all employees in the assigned support, Plan personnel movement to maintain the balance within a reasonable range when necessary.
- Follow up and report on the Saudization within the assigned support.
- Support – HR Leader/ Supervisor follow up, provide report and review the HC with the Support Manager (HC vs budget, review of employees/position, movement IN/OUT of support incl. transfers, attrition).
- Follow up on the training requirements for all employees.
- Prepare and update the report on the progress of trainees (TDP, SDP, etc).
- Following up on the closure. Engagement actions should come from the employees during rig/locations visits and entered in Quest.
- Prepare employee’s engagement surveys, presents the results to the supervisor to initiate engagement discussions with the employees and follow up on the actions.
- Follow up the orders for contractors is done by Supply Chain and approved by the Rig Manager; Support – HR Leader/ Supervisors are consulted as part of the HC control measures.

Relevant Experience
- Fresh graduates or a 1-3 years of experience in HR Administration including Payroll, Personnel Records, Labor Regulations, Training & Rig Coordination.
- Computer literate with ability to operate the SAP system and knowledge of HR related software.
- Knowledge of English spoken and written.
- He should possess good analytical, management, supervisory, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Arabic and English. Should have knowledge of Company’s policies, procedures and labor law.
