Your Impact As our HR Manager, you’ll shape THG’s most valuable asset—our people—while driving a culture of excellence, compliance, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Culture Champion: Embed THG’s values (“One Team,” “Disciplined Operations”) through engagement programs and leadership development.
2- Compliance Guardian: Ensure adherence to Saudi labor laws, expat regulations, and health/safety standards.
3-Performance Architect: Design metrics-driven performance reviews and upskilling programs for a multicultural workforce.
4- Crisis Navigator: Resolve complex employee relations issues with fairness and cultural sensitivity. You’re a Perfect Fit If You Have:
1- 5+ years in HR leadership, preferably in hospitality/F&B /F&B or high-growth environments.
2-Expertise in KSA labor laws
3-Proven success in reducing turnover and building employer branding.
4- Fluency in Arabic and English
5- A passion for creating workplaces where teams thrive.
