Key Responsibilities
- Greet, seat, and engage guests in line with brand standards.
- Manage reservations and guest flow to ensure smooth service.
- Provide menu knowledge and upsell food and beverage options when appropriate.
- Coordinate with floor, bar, and kitchen teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain professional appearance and grooming at all times.
- Record guest preferences and build repeat business.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years’ experience in a front-of-house role (café, restaurant, or hotel).
- Fluent English; knowledge of Arabic or another language an advantage.
- Strong communication and guest-relations skills.
- Polished, professional appearance.
- Previous experience in a high-volume or premium venue preferred.

- SAR 6,000/month (tax-free).

Additional Information
