Job Title: Government Relations Officer (GRO)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated, dynamic, and well-connected Government Relations Officer (GRO) to handle all government-related processes for our company.
The ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, fluency in Arabic and English, and the ability to represent the company effectively with government authorities. He will support both the Riyadh and Jeddah offices and work closely with our HR team to ensure full compliance with Saudi labor and immigration regulations.
Core Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and government authorities (e.g. MOL, MOFA, Jawazat, Chamber of Commerce, etc.)
- Ensure company compliance with Saudization targets and labor regulations
- Provide support in legal or regulatory issues involving employees or the company
- Maintain updated records of all government interactions and company documents
- Deliver timely updates and briefings on changes in Saudi labor and visa regulations
Expanded Responsibilities:
- Handle family visa processes for all employees — including Riyadh and Jeddah — through Istiqdam offices and the Jawazat system
- Manage document attestation requests through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA)
- Visit Jawazat in person to resolve issues or complete follow-ups regarding Iqamas, visas, or related employee matters
- Ensure delivery of Iqamas to employees upon issuance or renewal
- Follow up with government entities to renew official company documents annually (e.g., Commercial Registration, municipal licenses)
- Draft, prepare, and attest official letters via the Chamber of Commerce (COC)
Must Have:
- Saudi National (mandatory)
- 2–5 years of experience in a GRO/PRO role, preferably in an international or multicultural company.
- Strong existing connections with government entities and understanding of their procedures.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Strong personality, self-motivated, and able to work independently under pressure.
- Must own a car and have a valid Saudi driving license.
- Professional demeanor and ability to adapt to a young, international team environment.
