Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with the Real Estate Business Unit's objectives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, to deliver digital initiatives such as smart property management systems, ERP, CRM, tenant engagement platforms, and virtual property tours.
- Lead the implementation of advanced technologies, such as AI and IoT, to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Define project scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Provide regular status updates and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify new digital opportunities and drive their integration into the organization's operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, data security standards, and industry regulations.
- Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the Real Estate Business Unit.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, with a significant focus on the Real Estate industry or related sectors.
- Proven expertise in delivering end-to-end digital projects, including platforms for property management, ERP and CRM systems, and customer-facing applications.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to senior management and external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
