As a Digital Transformation Engineer, you will play a key role in driving innovation and digital excellence across our operations. You will be responsible for assessing, designing, and implementing technology solutions that streamline workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and support strategic business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, and business units, to ensure successful integration of digital tools and platforms.
Key Accountabilities
The position involves:
- Leading digital transformation initiatives across the real estate division.
- Identifying opportunities for automation, process improvement, and data integration.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Designing and implementing digital tools, dashboards, and platforms that improve project execution and decision-making.
- Evaluating and integrating technologies such as ERP, BIM, IoT, cloud solutions, and mobile apps to support operations.
- Ensuring data integrity, cybersecurity, and compliance with digital governance standards.
- Training and supporting end users in adopting new systems and digital workflows.
- Monitoring and reporting on the performance and ROI of digital solutions.
- Staying current with emerging technologies, digital trends, and industry best practices.
- Supporting change management efforts and fostering a culture of innovation and agility.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We are Looking for:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, preferably within the construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, cloud platforms, and data analytics tools.
- Experience with technologies such as BIM, IoT, automation, and project management software.
- Proven track record in managing digital projects and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.
