We are a growing startup providing basic IT services to small businesses. We're looking for reliable freelance IT Support Technicians to help us deliver quality support on a flexible, task-based basis.
Responsibilities:
- Provide basic IT support (hardware/software troubleshooting, networking, system setup)
- Install and configure operating systems, printers, and workstations
- Assist clients remotely or on-site as needed
- Respond to support requests in a timely and professional manner
- Document tasks and resolutions clearly
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT support (min. 1 year)
- Familiarity with Windows, basic networking, and office devices
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Freelancer availability and commitment to quick response times
Preferred:
- Own laptop/tools
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms or remote desktop tools
- Previous experience supporting small businesses
