General Description of Role and Responsibilities:
- Managing all aspects of the fit out process for our projects in Madinah, Saudi Arabia.
- Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of fit out works.
- You will also be responsible for monitoring project progress, identifying and resolving any issues, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Oversee all aspects of the fit out process, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of fit out works
- Monitor project progress and identify any potential issues or delays
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and ensure project success
- Review and approve fit out plans, designs, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Manage project budget and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality standards are being met and address any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with other project managers and team members to ensure seamless project delivery
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve fitout processes and procedures
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in fitout management, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of fitout processes, procedures, and industry standards
- Proven track record of successfully managing fitout projects from start to finish
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office.
