We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Fabrication/Production Manager with a strong background in Carpentry and Light Steel fabrication relating to Fixed furniture and Architectural detailing in Fit-Out disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead production of Furniture items as per Shop Drawings.
- Setting of Production targets and meeting them on weekly basis.
- Breakdown drawing into understandable dimensions for fabrication team
- Supervise and support carpenters and tradesmen to maintain high standards of craftsmanship.
- Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (10+ years) in fit-out and bespoke carpentry management.
- Strong technical knowledge of joinery, woodworking tools, and traditional hand carpentry techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and architectural plans.
- Leadership skills with a hands-on approach and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Transferable Iqama
- Immediate Joiner (within 1 week)
