SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
As Financial Reporting Manager, you will be responsible to support finance function by timely processing of journal entries, preparing required information and reports in line with internal and external requirements. The Financial Reporting Manager’s role is to use financial data to analyze, interpret, evaluate, and report financial status and performance of the organization to ensure correct basis for required company reporting as well as prioritizing initiatives and right decisions.This position is based in Jeddah & will report to the Financial Accounting Manager.
Responsibilities:
Support manager in monthly, tertiary, and annual controlling and reporting process by completing and analysing closing of accounts.
Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded and effective internal control are in place.
Assist manager in preparing and maintaining a sustainable financial reporting process with an analysis of key financial information in order to support management in making well-informed decisions.
Perform cost / expense analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures, providing trends and forecasts to improve the status.
Support the finance team by coordinating relevant schedules related to financial reporting to generate accurate data and reports.
Perform assigned tasks as required across the Finance function (e. g. accounting tasks, Analysis,reporting, etc.).
Monitor cash flow by reviewing the Cash Flow statements to ensure optimum utilisation of working capital. Liaise and coordinate with banks for available credit facilities.

Qualification:
Professional qualification – ACCA, CMA, CPA or equivalent.
3 - 5 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting function.
Language: English – verbal and written, Arabic will be an advantage.
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
