- Degree in Architecture, Façade Engineering, or similar
- Minimum 8 years of experience in façade design and detailing
- Advanced skills in AutoCAD, Revit, and façade modeling
- Experience in shop drawing, fabrication drawing, and material coordination
- Familiar with curtain walls, cladding, glazing, and different aluminum systems
- Good understanding of structural, thermal, and acoustic façade requirements
- Knowledge of local/international standards (ASTM, EN, NFPA, etc.)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with GCC region projects
- Familiar with BIM tools (Navisworks, BIM360)
- Previous involvement in full-cycle façade projects: design to handover
