Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and update engineering policies, standards, and guidelines to align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough reviews of current policies to ensure they meet safety, environmental, and sustainability standards.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including project managers and industry experts, to gather input on policy formation and updates.
- Analyze domestic and international engineering standards and integrate relevant practices into organizational policies.
- Monitor compliance with engineering policies and provide support in training sessions to promote adherence.
- Act as a liaison to regulatory authorities to ensure alignment of standards and facilitate necessary approvals.
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in engineering policy development and compliance.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in technical documentation and report writing.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
