Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Engagement Executive to support coordination between management and project teams, ensuring tasks are executed effectively and on time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for continuous project follow-up, escalating issues when necessary, maintaining strong communication among stakeholders, and preparing regular progress reports for management.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience, preferably in project coordination or administrative support roles.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Basic knowledge of project management principles and workflow.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM systems or project tracking tools is a plus.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
