Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Drafter to join our team! In this role you will get to be involved in a dynamic environment and collaboratively developing working drawings that will bring benefits to the wider community.
What You'll Be Doing:
Utilize CAD workstation to prepare engineering drawings consisting of standard arrangements, layouts, flow sheets, assemblies, isometrics.
Translate ideas and concepts into detailed technical drawings used for construction purposes.
Work closely with other Designer/Drafters and Engineers to ensure a coordinated design
Utilize technical manuals to ensure compliance.
Make required changes, additions, and/or revisions, as necessary.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or High school diploma (or equivalent) or similar is required.
7+ years of MEA/KSA CAD drafting experience preferably in buildings, mixed use development or large scale infrastructure projects
Expert in AutoCAD, MicroStation, Autodesk Civil 3D & Navisworks, ProjectWise & BIM360.
Can work independently and within a team
Flexible and can work to tight deadlines
