WSP is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team on a major infrastructure project in Riyadh. The role will be responsible for managing and controlling all project documentation in accordance with company standards, client requirements, and project procedures.
- Establish and maintain an efficient document control system for all project-related documentation.
- Receive, review, log, distribute, and archive documents in line with company and client requirements.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, up to date, and easily accessible to project stakeholders.
- Monitor and track the status of documents, ensuring timely submission and approvals.
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, and project management teams to support documentation needs.
- Ensure compliance with WSP and client quality standards.
- Prepare regular reports on document control activities, including outstanding submissions and approvals.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Saudi National (mandatory).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in document control, preferably in large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of document management systems (e.g., Aconex, EDMS, or similar platforms).
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
