JASARA PMC is looking for an experienced Director of Stakeholder Management. In this senior role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of stakeholder engagement strategies that will help strengthen our relationships with all project stakeholders. Your expertise will ensure that JASARA PMC communicates effectively with clients, government entities, communities, and other key stakeholders, enabling successful project delivery and enhancing our reputation in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the execution of comprehensive stakeholder engagement plans for a program.
- Lead the stakeholder management team, providing guidance and support to ensure alignment with JASARA PMC's strategic objectives.
- Identify and analyze stakeholder interests, concerns, and expectations, and integrate this information into project planning.
- Foster strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders to build trust and collaboration.
- Monitor stakeholder sentiment and feedback, proactively addressing issues and concerns.
- Deliver presentations and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful alignment between stakeholder feedback and project execution.
- Set clear metrics for stakeholder engagement success and continuously improve engagement strategies based on results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, public relations or other applicable.
- 18+ years of experience in stakeholder management, with a significant focus on leadership roles.
- Strong background in managing stakeholder relations in the construction, real estate development or engineering industries.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of successfully leading teams and managing complex stakeholder landscapes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proven strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic required.
