Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the execution of comprehensive stakeholder engagement plans for a program.
- Lead the stakeholder management team, providing guidance and support to ensure alignment with JASARA PMC's strategic objectives.
- Identify and analyze stakeholder interests, concerns, and expectations, and integrate this information into project planning.
- Foster strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders to build trust and collaboration.
- Monitor stakeholder sentiment and feedback, proactively addressing issues and concerns.
- Deliver presentations and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful alignment between stakeholder feedback and project execution.
- Set clear metrics for stakeholder engagement success and continuously improve engagement strategies based on results.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, public relations or other applicable.
- 18+ years of experience in stakeholder management, with a significant focus on leadership roles.
- Strong background in managing stakeholder relations in the construction, real estate development or engineering industries.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of successfully leading teams and managing complex stakeholder landscapes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proven strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic required.
