Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to executive leadership and business units to provide financial insights, analysis, and strategic recommendations.
- Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Monitor key performance indicators and report actionable insights to improve business performance.
- Engage with stakeholders to develop financial frameworks that align with corporate strategy.
- Drive the financial evaluation of new initiatives, projects, and investments.
- Implement best practices in financial management and reporting.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or professional certification (CPA/CMA) is highly desirable.
- At least 10 years of relevant financial management experience, with a focus on business partnering.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and business intelligence.
- Proven track record of driving business results through financial insights.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with finance-related software and advanced proficiency in Excel.
