As the Finance Business Partner, you will leverage your financial expertise to provide strategic support to various departments, ensuring their activities are aligned with our financial goals.
In this role, you will focus on enhancing financial performance through effective collaboration with stakeholders. You will deliver insightful analyses, help in budget preparation, and provide ongoing support to optimize business decision-making while promoting best practices in financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business units to provide insightful financial analysis and informed recommendations that drive performance.
- Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Evaluate financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop financial models and reports to support business cases and strategic initiatives.
- Provide guidance on financial decisions regarding resource allocation and investment opportunities.
- Facilitate communication between the finance team and other departments to ensure financial goals are understood and met.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to finance processes and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or relevant professional certification (CPA/CMA) is advantageous.
- 5-8 years of experience in finance, with a background in business partnering or financial analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to influence stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and advanced Excel functions.
- Familiarity with financial planning software and ERP systems is a plus.
- Adept at multitasking and excelling in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
