As the Director of Finance Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with various business units to provide insights and recommendations that drive performance and strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, serving as a trusted financial advisor.
- Provide financial insights, analyses, and recommendations to inform decision-making and enhance operational performance.
- Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze financial performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Support cross-functional teams in developing and implementing financial strategies and initiatives.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and performance updates to senior management and the board.
- Promote best practices in financial management, reporting, and analysis across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or CPA designation is preferred.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in finance, with a focus on business partnership or financial analysis.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record in driving business results.
