Key Responsibilities:Digital Twin Project Delivery
Lead and take full accountability for delivering functional digital twins to Worley clients.
Ensure project outcomes meet quality, budget, and client expectations.
People Management
Build, manage, and lead a high-performing digital twin delivery team.
Drive team engagement and ensure capability development.
Sales Support
Review and validate proposal feasibility and delivery capability.
Support business development through expert input in the sales cycle.
Thought Leadership
Collaborate with the Next Advisory team.
Provide practical insights and critiques to shape innovative digital strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Background in process engineering for heavy industries is desirable.
Experience
Sufficient years of experience in delivering digital solutions in Oil & Gas and/or Mining sectors.
Proven success in defining and executing digital strategies in industrial/capital-intensive organizations.
Hands-on experience in analytics, predictive analytics, and/or digital twin implementations.
Experience with Asset Performance Management (APM) and Digital Twin technologies.
Experience managing change and user adoption of digital tools in industrial settings.
Technical Expertise
Strong understanding of:
OPC, ETL, IoT
Solution & Data Architecture / Data Science
Integration of OT systems (SCADA, DCS, PLCs) with IT systems (ERP, CMMS, MES)
Familiarity with platforms like:
Cognite, Bentley, Aveva, Hexagon
E3D/S3D, SPID, SPI, SPE, SPF (Worley design tools)
Knowledge of relevant industry standards: ISO15926, ISO14224, CFIHOS, DEXPI, FL3DMS, CAPE-OPEN
Cloud services expertise: Microservices, IaaS, PaaS, containerization, security & compliance
Agile / Scrum experience is essential
