As we continue to expand our digital footprint, we are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and amplify our online presence.
Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate Digital Marketer to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in digital marketing concepts, social media management, SEO/SEM strategies, and content creation to drive traffic, generate leads, and improve brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.
- Manage and grow Helpline Group’s digital presence across platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
- Create engaging and informative content aligned with company services (e.g., business setup, attestation, visa services).
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website rankings and traffic.
- Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools.
- Optimize landing pages and user experience to maximize conversions and lead generation.
- Collaborate with content writers, designers, and business consultants to align campaigns with business goals.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Report weekly/monthly performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Digital Marketer or similar role.
- Solid knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other online marketing tools.
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, SEMrush, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Ability to create and manage content calendars and campaign plans.
- Familiarity with the GCC region and services like business incorporation and document attestation is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Basic video editing and graphic design skills (using Canva, Adobe, etc.).
- Experience in lead generation campaigns, particularly in the B2B service industry.
- Understanding of CRM tools and email automation platforms.
- Multilingual abilities (Arabic, Malayalam, Hindi) are a plus.
